Touching Up?

For now, I don't like to touch up my work. I like to keep it real, and unaltered, portraying what it is that I could capture. Alot of my shots in the winter outdoors I'd like to post, but as of yet some of them are somewhat washed out. Sometime soon, I may properly touch them up with photoshop, but as of yet, I haven't changed a thing. Should I be learning to?
